Battery cabinet for extended runtime on Sentinel Dual Marine UPS. The cabinet has the same design and size (3U) as the UPS, and can be mounted as a tower or in a rack. The hot-swap functionality applies to the entire cabinet, so that it can be replaced without interrupting the load.
The cabinet is equipped with 15 batteries of 9 Ah of the LL and UL94-V0 type, and is used together with the 6000 VA models in the SMU series, including the SMU 6000 LA PDIST DVA.
The cabinet is supplied complete with a cable set and two expansion connectors for connection to the UPS or to a chain of several battery cabinets. For floor installation on board, the cabinet is mounted in a DNV-approved anti-vibration frame.
