Repairs and Claims

If you experience products that are not functioning as they should:
Fill out the claims form on this page, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

  • All returns must be agreed upon and approved in advance before goods are shipped.

  • The claims form must accompany the shipment 

  • The shipment must be clearly marked with the support case number / support ticket

  • Returns received without a claims form and without a support case number / support ticket will not be processed.
