From Sunnmøre to critical installations around the world
The story of Anda-Olsen began on Sunnmøre in the 1960s. In a region where the sea, the weather and technology have always set high demands on the solutions used. Society is becoming increasingly dependent on technology. Data centres are being built out, infrastructure is being modernised and energy systems are being upgraded. At the same time, demands for security, documentation and availability are growing.
That creates new opportunities for Anda-Olsen. To meet this growth, we are now strengthening the organisation within service, sales, tendering and finance.

Service Technician
As a service technician, you work where the solutions are actually in operation. You get a varied working day with service, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting on critical installations in Norway and internationally. Some days you are out at customer sites; other days you work on technical assessments, testing or project follow-up. This is a role for those who enjoy technical challenges, customer contact and practical problem-solving.
Area Sales Manager
The markets within aquaculture, data centres, industry, power and grid, hospitals, and tunnels and roads are developing rapidly. As a land-based salesperson, you will be responsible for building relationships, identifying new opportunities and helping customers find solutions that meet their needs.
You will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders in projects where operational reliability is central.
Aftermarket Sales Manager
Over many years, Anda-Olsen has built up a large installed base of solutions in operation. As an aftermarket sales manager, you will be responsible for developing the potential within service agreements, spare parts, upgrades and customer follow-up.
The role has an international perspective and offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers around the world.
Tender and Sales Coordinator
Behind every successful delivery there is often extensive work involving coordination, documentation and tendering.
This is a newly created role with responsibility for strengthening the tendering process and contributing to efficient follow-up of customers and projects. You will be an important link between sales, customers and internal resources.

Accounts Assistant
Sound financial management is important for every organisation.
As an accounts assistant, you will play a role in the day-to-day financial follow-up and contribute to good routines, control and oversight. You will gain insight into many parts of the business and become an important support function for the rest of the organisation.
